Between the beach and Het Zoute

that fancy Kustlaan at your feet, and around the corner, the beach is literally 50 meters away. Squeezed between the beach and the perfect Zoute picture. Or a sandwich that never gets old. A location cannot get much more ideal. Inside tight and sober with some warm keys. A black steel sliding door, a marble top, but just as well a lovely sheepskin carpet, wooden details and a wonderful designer chair by the window. A matter of keeping an eye on that ‘come and go’.

Appartement Arte: layout

Apartment Arte Knokke is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms for 6 people. There is a large living room with an open kitchen equipped with all necessities: induction cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, croque toaster, to put it short: everything to conjure up breakfast or delicious lunch. The sitting area has a breathtaking view over the roofs and the greenery of Het Zoute. With the sun in on your face, you can enjoy that first coffee of the day at the wide open sliding window. Digital television and Apple TV provide you with entertainment in the evening for those who like to stay cozy in their seat. You can easily play music via your phone on the soundbar. In addition to the separate toilet, there are 2 bathrooms. One of them is en-suite with a double bed bedroom and is equipped with both shower and bath. The other bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared by the second double bedroom and a cozy bunk room.

Location

Apartment Arte looks at the sunny part of the world with the dike in its backyard. At barely 50 meters you are on the dike where you will find the surf clubs and beach bars, walk further towards ‘t Zwin or discover the numerous art galleries. Those chic boutiques start at the bottom of the building where Arte is located. In no time you are immersed in the top shopping strip of the Kustlaan.

If you prefer some peace and quiet, it is also great to stay here in winter. A winter beach walk followed by a nice restaurant, just what you need? Or would you rather have everything provided in the apartment? We can organise that. Request your butler service in time, we will provide it for you.

We have 2 comfortable electric bicycles that can be rented. You can easily explore the entire region with it. Do you have your own bicycles? You can park it in the bicycle shed of the building.

Your reservation is 100% confirmed when we receive your payment. You will be informed by e-mail.
With your bank transfer, please write “your name, dates of booking, apartment Arte”. To be sure, please send us a screenshot of your payment to our e-mail address.
Please take into account to transfer in time. Only after our confirmation will you be 100% sure of your stay.

You can cancel up to 1 month before your stay free of charge. We will charge the full rental price if you cancel 30 days before your arrival.
For cancellation by corona, we require a valid PCR test of one person.

Practical

Take care of our apartment. We like it clean, keep it clean please.
Do not move furniture. This will undoubtedly cause unnecessary scratches and wall damage.
Bed linen and towels: obligatory for weekend rentals, optional for rentals from 1 week (150€/stay, 75€/stay when booking only 2 people)
Cleaning is mandatory and NOT included (120€/stay)
A deposit of €300 is requested for a week stay. This will be refunded within 6 weeks after inspection of the apartment. Please take responsibility yourself and report a problem to us. We look for a solution together.
Household waste: On floor -1 in the garage you can sort your household waste: cardboard with cardboard, PMD in the PMD bags, household waste in the household waste bags and glass in the glass bank. This is the responsibility of the renter, not the cleaning crew. Cleaning of dirt left behind is charged extra.
Do not leave any leftover food in the cupboard, fridge or freezer.
